White Gold Protein Cookies

These white gold cookies are a real snack win, trust me.

The challenge is making up a batch and not eating the entire lot in one sitting – they really are that good. But if you can resist their moreish nature, these cookies are an ideal low calorie boost between meals, and will have you snacking happily even if you’re in a calorie deficit.

And it’s mainly down to the addition of our delicious limited-edition White Gold Impact Whey Protein. An irresistible blend of white chocolate with rich caramel creaminess, it will soar straight to first place in your supplement routine. For. Sure.

Each cookie is only 45 calories and packs in a healthy 7g of protein, too. Don’t hold back, get stuck in now.

Makes 6-8

Ingredients

  • 45 g Impact Whey Protein (White Gold)
  • 30 g flour
  • 1 tbsp, baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 50 g egg whites
  • 70 g non-fat Greek yoghurt
  • 70 g unsweetened apple sauce
  • 15 g gold star sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180C.

  2. Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and mix until you have an evenly combined cookie dough.

  3. Separate and roll the mixture into evenly sized balls. Space them out on a lined baking tray⁣.

  4. Bake for 10 – 12 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.

  5. Once baked, remove from the oven and leave to cool ⁣for a few minutes.

  6. This is optional, but you could go one step further and enjoy these cookies as an ice-cream sandwich using Myprotein Salted Caramel Ice Cream. Immaculate vibes.
