Jam Doughnut Baked Oats

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C. 

  2. In a bowl, mix the Instant Oats, Vanilla Impact Whey Protein, and baking powder together. 

  3. Next, add in the 0% Greek yoghurt and milk, then whisk until smooth and lump free.  

  4. Scoop three quarters of the mixture into a ramekin and make a well in the middle with a teaspoon.  

  5. Place your jam of choice in the middle and then cover with the rest of the mixture. 

  6. Top by sprinkling with sweetener and then place in the oven to bake for 20 minutes.

  7. Dig in! (Remember to be careful of the hot jam in the centre.
