Ingredients

  • 2 small cooked beetroots
  • 120 g frozen berries
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1 small piece ginger
  • 1 small piece turmeric
  • 1 scoop Impact Whey Protein
  • 1 tbsp. hemp
  • 100 ml soy milk
  • 2 tbsp. kefir or live yoghurt

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until completely smooth.

  2. Pour into a tall glass to enjoy immediately or into your shaker to take with you on the go.
