Ingredients

  • 6 rice cakes
  • 6 tbsp. peanut butter
  • 60-70 g melted dark chocolate
  • Sprinkle flaked salt

Instructions

  1. Spread 1 tablespoon of peanut butter on each rice cake and dip into the melted chocolate. Add a sprinkle of flaked salt.

  2. Chill in the freezer for 5-10 mins.
